Ran the machine hard this weekend (a lot of Ice in South Eastern Wisconsin)......went through almost an entire pallet of salt on our driveway. Worked like a charm, cab was toasty warm to boot!

Great Rebuild, I'm looking at rebuilding my SV250s and I was wondering where did you get you Exhaust and Intake Manifolds?
 
Thank you. The manifolds were stock.....I had sandblasted both, then painted with a high temp exhaust paint (I think duraflame brand).

If your having trouble finding new/refurbished manifolds....try MN Outdoors.
