Not much information exists on Tucker Skis which were found on early Sno Cats and Ski Trailers. These were wood and a replacement part like anything else and designed to wear.
The shape evolved from first designs over years based what I have seen with my own eyes. Unsure of the actual evolution of size variations.
The OE specimen I have as an art display looks to be thick old growth hickory that was steam bent and shaped. This seems to be the most common size and shape.
I believe they were unfinished wood but the bottoms would have had “ski wax” which is believed to be pine tar.
Eventually Fiberglass Skis part numbers showed up as a replacement option.
