Let me know when firm dates are set, might see if the folks in the Lost River Valley could do something on either side of it, and who knows might be able to join you!

I will see if more rooms are available...

rooms were offered to those that came this year, first and then, to those that attended last year, this was to say thank you for coming and supporting the event over the past 2 years, and that pretty much filled the limited number of rooms that were made available.

As part of signing the contract and getting the preferred room rate, I am also responsible for rooms not booked and the cost of those rooms, I sign the contact so that we have enough rooms at a good rate, and then, I pray enough people sign up and then no one cancels, this is, always a guessing game and with the heighten interest in bookings Sun Valley is getting for this summer and winter they told me that I would be only able to give me a set number of rooms, ( yes, sun valley inc is trying to make as much money at full rate and group discounts takes money out of their pockets) and, since I had hosted an event for the past 2 years, they were being loyal to current event planners/hosts, always a balancing act, my risk and hoping all the rooms are booked that I reserved, so, this years limits on rooms SV2022, relieved my risk, but sadly, this may leave some folks out, my guess if there are rooms available, they may be at full rate, sorry

I will see if more rooms are available...

Might suggest a back up list for those who missed the initial rooms in the event of cancellations. Would give PP some coverage on her end and allow others to attend that are looking for rooms.

Contracts signed, all rooms reserved, I get it. Before I try calling them directly, have you (PP) checked if any more rooms can be had?
well, not sure I got a clear answer for you at this time, if you are serious about coming, then I would call reservation to get the preferred rate asap...otherwise rooms are available at regular rates,
thank you PP

Rocket sled races will be part of the Sunday events, this is an unofficial version of soap box derby for adventurous snow catters, so to make things fair, each sled will need to be equipped with the official ski of rocket sled racing league, and you must be thinking already, where the h_ll do I get these official skis, funny you should ask,

pm PP for you skis and they will be gotten to you one way or another...you must have the official RSRL ski in order to race.

there is only one rule for the sleds, who goes the furtherest, wins the 2022 RSRL championship

sunday is looking like a day not to be missed, other then, SV2022 snow camp hosted by cider tom and sno surfer on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, meeting at the Baker Creek snow park at 4 pm, and coming out the 9th about 2 ish and head into sun valley...so far, there is 5 cats for the winter camp. hear tell there will be a gourmet eating feast...

we have 7 rooms reserved by folks, east of the Mississippi, mmmmmmmmmmmm

There seems to be a recurring theme at the end of each day's events. Humm, ok, I'm in.
yes, there are several themes, and skiing is just one of many, some may want to take a day off from the catting about and go skiing, so, just wanted to let each and everyone know, it is okay to go skiing any day they wish, and that would include you, and if they are lucky enough to go with the Bonnie and Fred ski show, you will surly enjoy their company, otherwise, hope to see you behind the wheel of a tucker at SV2022

here is the basic plans for the rocket sled, only requirement per kinda like soap box derby rules of rocket sled racing league, all sleds need to have the official ski...

last years RSRL sleds will be able to race as constructed, no upgrades required, though, I suspect they will be SLOWER, might need to retro fit next gen rockets
