Windows on the World was located on the 107th floor of the World Trade Center North Tower.
It was considered one of the best restaurants in New York City and in its final year of operation, was the highest grossing fine dining establishment in the United States. The staff was known for speaking more than 60 different languages and referred to themselves as the U.N. of restaurants.

In 1976, New York magazine ran a cover story called, "The Most Spectacular Restaurant in the World," in which restaurant critic Gael Greene wrote the following:
"Every view is brand-new? a miracle. In the Statue of Liberty Lounge, the harbor's heroic blue sweep makes you feel like the ruler of some extraordinary universe. All the bridges of Brooklyn and Queens and Staten Island stretch across the restaurant's promenade. Even New Jersey looks good from here. Down below are all of Manhattan and helicopters and clouds. Everything to hate and fear is invisible. Pollution is but a cloud. A fire raging below Washington Square is a dream, silent, almost unreal, though you can see the arc of water licking flame. Default is a silly nightmare. There is no doggy doo. Garbage is an illusion."

On 9/11/2001, 79 employees of the Windows on the World lost their lives. It is believed that the photo of the "Falling Man" was one of the workers at the restaurant based on his uniform.

I have never been to Glacier National Park, Montana but hope to visit next year.

Here is a pic and description by someone who was just there.
This is the waterfall that comes out of Beartooth Lake on Hwy 212, the Beartooth Highway. The water was roaring down it yesterday when we were there. Picture was taken with my iphone 15 Pro Max, no filters or adjustments from the roadside pullout.

Doc - Beartooth lake isn't anywhere near Glacier National Park. They're 500 miles apart. I was on Beartooth Highway a couple weeks ago. Don't recall seeing the lake but know I didn't see the waterfalls.

This was posted in the Glacier National Park group on FB. So, I assumed that is where this was. Thanks for the clarification.

Very good guess Brian.
Beartooth Lake looks huge and it's in WY. about 455 miles from Glacier National Park.

99.9% waxing moon rise over Mount Rainier. This was captured by Debbie Heyer. She said, “It was so cool watching it roll up the left side of the mountain.”
Mount Rainier, also known as Tahoma, is a large active stratovolcano in the Cascade Range of the Pacific Northwest in the United States. The mountain is located in Mount Rainier National Park about 59 miles south-southeast of Seattle.
