Work....Big wigs...

He did, at least once during the series. One of the first shows, where he and another "playboy" (pb) type guy worked at the shoestore. PB invites Al and two hot blondes to his apartment. Al's blonde is wearing a red dress and seducing Al. But Al, being the honest married man, avoids it. This goes on up until the last commercial break. After the break, Al busts into the front door of his home with a red dress and a blonde wig and demands that Peg put them on and get upstairs.

Too funny.

Well, Mr. Bundy, my law degree says otherwise, so maybe you're not living in the real world. They don't need a reason to get rid of anyone in PA, it's an at will state, but even still if these guys come in and ASK THE EMPLOYEES FOR INPUT, she cannot be terminted for telling them what she thinks, likely anything she tells them will be confidential anyway. Higher ups in large companies like that do not usually pay visits to smaller offices like that unless there is a reason, and usually the reason is a complaint.

And since I personally know her and know the company she's talking about and the issues she's talking about, I'd say my opinion would be a little more accurate than yours. Now, with all this said, on the EXTREMELY off chance that she would be terminated, I'll personally fight her court battle and she knows what a bitch I can be when people F with my friends and the law.

That is all well and good... So she goes and and takes your advice and is fired.... Then what?

Nobody is going to want to hire her when they find out she was fired, has a lawsuit pending and her bills aren't going to get paid and the list goes on.

There is a few terms you may or may not be familiar with...

"Pick the battles you can win"

"You may win a battle, but lose the war"

It was Illegal for EXXON to spill oil in Alaska waters, but it took twenty years for the "Plaintiffs" to get the settlement, and many were dead by that time and it was the same amount that the guys that didn't side up with the Lawyers twenty years earlier. The lawyers got most of the money....

Don't know the name of the Health care company, but I can bet a whole nickle they have their own army of "Sharp" lawyers that will raise your bet a lot, and yeah, in five, ten, twenty years you may win....

Best bet is not to make the waves, and if the job is that bad, look for a better job!

I really have nothing good to say about them or to them. They will want to hear something from me...

If they value you at all where you work, and they really want to hear what you have to say, tell it like it is, but above all else be nice and honest about it.
I don't think anyone's ever gotten sacked for their opinion, unless of course, where you work has a little system of that certain bunch of tight asses who only want you to express what they want to hear.

Been there myself when I worked as a home health/hospice nurse, and I walked... and have a job that I love now and hope to stick with until I retire at the age of 75 lol

Good luck sweetheart.:flowers:
