Won't be hearing "Poppa" anymore.

Many of the newer non stick pans such as Scanpan, Diamond and others are all PFOA-free which is what kills birds when the pans are over heated. The new pans (I have 2 scanpans) you can't hurt with heating even on the highest heats on my induction stove with no fumes given off. I've had mine since they first came out for induction stoves now about 2.5 years and have held up to the point of still looking new even with daily use.
 
Bill that paper sheet looks so innocent....have you a co2 detector in the house ???

Sorry to hear about your loss Bill. It does leave a hole in your heart.

I just lost my Cockatiel that the kids gave me some 26 years ago. Even with the drapes pulled nothing moved on the street without him telling me. He was a great watch bird.

I didn't realize that there was a second page. At least you found out what caused this. Birds are so much fun and like all other pets they have their own personalities. You'll really miss them. So sad.
