What percentage on average will a

CURT TruTrack 4P Weight Distribution Hitch with 4x Sway Control, 8-10K #17500​

Redistribute wait to the front axle of the towing vehicle ? Let’s say the tung weight on the scale was 1,000lbs.
 
I don't know the answer off hand but I was curious so I looked up the CURT Tru Track.
I think the answer is 10% from what I read.
If GTW is 10,000, TW is 1000
if GTW is 15,000, TW is 1500
