Create a FEDERAL law that bans all abortions, for any reason.

What happened with Roe V Wade, was that it was a federal ruling by the SCOTUS, not even a law, that had no Constitutional support whatever.

Trump praised the correction of sending the subject of abortion back to the individual states where it Constitutionally belonged. For that, he was pilloried.
