What is going on?! This is crazy.

Female piolet with 41 days since licensed.

Anyone who flies an airplane can see the landing was a pancake at best. No flair up of the nose of the aircraft before the rear wheels buckled on the right-hand side on impact.
D.E.I. needs to die. :tiphat:
 
How many hours did the other pilot have? Every pilot at some point had only 1 hour of flight time after they get their license. How many total hours did she have?
Granted, low hours was not a help in this case.
Whatever was happening, neither pilot pulled the noise for a flare. Where they planning a go around and experienced a tail gust, causing the plane to drop?
I guess we'll find out in a while.
 
I did watch a Men Tour Pilot video. He's a 737 captain that goes through aviation accidents in detail.
In this case, he had a young student, messing not even a private pilots license yet, sit in the right seat of a 737 simulator. She took off, did a total of 360 degrees right turn, and landed it. She had finesse.

Being a female is not the criteria for being a bad pilot.

The pilot of the Toronto crash with only 41 since she got her license means she went through private pilot training, twin training, Instrument training, and minimally some amount of hours of jet training. She passed all of them, obtained her license for the jet type she was flying, and then did another 41 hours.
Was she military? If so, then she had gobs of hours.
