The Official VP Debate Discussion Thread

This was interesting because we knew it would be three versus one, again, and it was, however Vance effectively beat back the moderators and Walz, and WON. That's saying a lot for him, and the conservative positions versus the liberal ones.

In that most telling moment, when the moderators actually muted the mics, Vance was winning the argument against all three of them at the same time. Even Cuomo had to admit it.

It serves as further proof of network media bias, and may further awaken people to that reality.
Whilst you are absolutely right in your analysis, I don't reckon anybody on the left will awaken.

If the last three years haven't brought clarity to the damage progressivism will do, and already has done, to our nation, this debate won't move the needle one bit.

I don't think anyone on the left will be swayed from their TDS positions, however, there are miraculously some people still in the middle who can be swayed one way or the other, and may be critical to the election. They are the people to whom I was referring.

Just throwing this one into this VP thread because it is a new campaign ad for Tim Walz.

Pre-debate Walz was viewed favorably by the public.
Pre-debate the smear campaign against JD Vance was effective.
Post-debate that flipped as people saw JD Vance as normal, smart, sincere and Tim Walz as incapable and bumbling.

Now, to improve the image of Walz we get this. . . and nobody thinks this is going to help.
