We took Mom to her follow up appointment to see how the radiation treatments did on her pancreatic cancer.

Her tumor has grown and metastasized into (at least) her lungs and liver.


What an awesome day.
 
Sorry to hear this. Don't know what I can say other than I will be praying for your family.
 
I know this must been a frustrating day for y'all. Your Momma has been such a fighter.
Your Momma and family will be in our thoughts prayers.

So sorry to hear that. Pancreatic cancer is a tough one that is hard to treat. I know of a few people in my town that had it and didn't last long afterwards. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. The main thing now is to make every day for her a special one.

I know that you've had better days and there is nothing that I can say that will make things any easier for your family, but you are not alone. People care about you and yours. Prayers.

Thoughts and Prayers Av8r.....I'm so so sorry i wish i could find something to say to help but we know thats not possible.
 
I'm back down at Mom's again for the weekend. Not going well for sure.

I'm debating weather to call my sister in California and have her pick up the pace of her return (She is due next Tuesday evening).

I don't think I've slept more than 2 hours a night in the last 3 weeks. Between the nightmares at work and family worries, I might be next. :sad:



But, seriously, thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. They do help.

I called my Sis back home early when Dad was not doing well . Glad I did now . Follow your gut feeling . We are all praying with you . Your not alone ...
