this is a 1968 snow trac this is a good offroad track vehical. this was a project that i started and can no longer finish. this is a solid rig that just needs to be played with to get everything working like it should. i have two yellow top optimas that go with it. this rig is not ready to just go out and play with. but it is a good start that can be a good reliable unit. i just took all the steering off and cleaned and greased as well as a new variator belt. has a newer dual port 1600. a gas heater and good tracks. have all cushions and we are recovering them with marine vinyl. im not a seamstress but they will work well. have new 7" headlights and a back up light to be installed.
this needs a master cylinder for the brakes and a hobbist to get her back in shape. i have spare tranny and motor to go with this as well as misc other motor parts.

Wow - that's a glut!

I'd like to get an ST4 for fun - I think they are the coolest things and have no need for one. I was tempted to get my neighbors TracMaster but it was too wide for my needs (and my trailer) and I just couldn't justify cutting it down.

That depends on how well it runs... :yum: :yum: :yum:

If it were here I'd have to take it out for a spin every now and then. :tiphat:

I got some more pictures of the 1958 one. It is in pretty good shape as far as the pictures tell.

Unfortunately, at $1500-2000 in fuel for a round trip to Palmer, AK. I'm going to have to pass for now.

I think my wife would kill me more for spending the money on gas than for buying the toy.

Paul,
Can you post the pics of the 1958?
Here are a couple I received of the Snow Master, I think I have seen these before but I cant seem to find them here.
Have these tracks been cut off-or replaced with ST4 tracks?

If someone buy's this ST4 I can give them a good leed on a Porsche, 912 Motor and Tranny that my Nephew is looking to unload. Actually he wants a VW Type 3 in trade,(Fastback or Squareback). It's 90 HP. An ST4 with a 912 engine will really cook! I'm currently searching for the VW for him on the west caost.
