Phillips Refinery to close.

I'd like to say good for California, but the reality is we all get affected. Full up today to save at least a few cents.
Anybody know what the closest refinery is to California?

Funny but right after California Governor Newsom's new emissions policies are enacted, the refinery announced it will close.

This refinery basically made gas for consumers in the state of California. California already pays the highest fuel/energy prices. I'm sure this will "help" the California consumers even more.
