Honestly, a combo of both. But more for being strong.

Leg press, I've done 725 on the machine.

Best bench press I've done is 250.

Wife was a gymnast. She has a hard time finding clothes for her upper body; shoulders and arms. The rest of her is a size 8.
You're a bit stronger. Where do you find clothes that aren't made for skinny below but muscular on top.?
