New Hampshire Vintage Show

Hi all,

We are having our vintage track show this Saturday the 23rd. from 10:00 to 2;00. It will be at 73 Laundromat Road in Thornton N.H.
The Scouts will be selling food as well.

We have a ride to a local restaurant for lunch the next day.

Sorry for the late notice but it has been a rather eventful year for me. I have also had to plow A LOT this season but means that we don't have to haul snow in this time.

An early arrival.

Great snow this year! Sorry I won’t make it. Hopefully you keep this going next year. Have fun!

Flying back from Colorado tomorrow. If weather and my motivation allow I may try to make the trail ride.

Heard Baker River has a vintage ride headed your way tomorrow which will be cool. Say hello to the crew for me.

Thanks for hosting and sharing!

Bummer. Always a conflict w/ NH school vaca. Heading to Key West tomorrow for a few days, back here, then out to Rochester for lacrosse. My old body is going to go into thermal shock trying to keep up!

I’ll throw in a bummer too unless I can somehow make some arrangements, my wife has plans tomorrow and there are a few kid things going on.

DAVENET, Rochester NY or NH, or, one of the many other Rochesters? Ski Lima might not have any snow but there is always beer here.

Out to your neck of the woods, 'land of the eternal blowing snow'.

Blowing yes, 65+ gusts coming Sunday, hopefully snow follows behind!
I will pm my contact info in case you want to/have time to stop by, or meet for a brewed beverage.

Mike

So the show was a bust.. no snow no people no hot dogs.. just a old arctic cat snow go going around and around....and around......
Must be cause there are no pictures...........no story...
Logga....... come clean...

Well i was hoping trailbuilder would get a chance to reply!beside plowing and sanding, and maintaining 100 miles of snowmobile trails, and all the work with the show organizing the guys should be hibernating the rest of the winter !!!!!
There were around 40 old over the snow vehicles there, along with around 250 snowmobiles that showed up. It was a madhouse, the boyscouts sold out of every bit of food they had. At one time there were over 200 people inside eating.
There were model T and A ford snowmobiles, Bombardiers, Thiokols, Tuckers, and even a lowley Raidtrac. I will post a few pictureshopefully Dwayne will post the panoramic view. There was a photo drone their also that is going to edit a movie. Don

Here are a few that.have not been here before.[/ATTACH]

We decided that next year we are going to have a sign in sheet to get info about the machines. If anyone has some info on these rigs feel free to comment.IMG_20190223_105521563_HDR.jpg

Wow did I pick the wrong year to miss. Thanks for sharing the photos guys. Looks like a great time. Did you do the trail ride Sunday? Many in attendance for that? Looking forward to next year!

We went on the ride the next day. We had freezing rain but it was still a good time.

If you go to Central New Hampshire Snowmobile Club on FB there are more pictures and videos there.

We are having another ride on March 8th. We have a cookout about 5 miles in the woods and we have a permit that allows any cat to ride the trails to it.
Maybe a few of you that missed the show can make it.

some pics of my builds....

Believe it or not the Dalton machine is a Thiokol sidewalk plow s.n. 5 !!!!! had a 250 chevy engine. The differential is a 2 speed out of a military weasel. That has to be extremely rare we never knew Thiokol built a sidewalk plow.
