Iski, welcome to the Forums.

For specific parts help/requests I'd suggest you go to the Snowcat Sub-Forum area and post requests in the RESTORATION & REPAIR area. The more specific you can be, generally the more helpful you will find the members. Some of us have extra parts squirreled away that we may be willing to part with, or may know of some available.

It is also helpful if you can post what year(s) your snowtrac(s) are because there are some minor differences in some of the parts.
