It's 1:30 in the morning and I just came in from a snow trac ride on the best snow of the season here....

There is a migratory bird refuge some miles away from our site. The DNR did not only astudy of them but also of bats.....We passed both a long time ago. Like I said in a earlier post I had pretty much written off any hope of this project being built. Kinda odd that I had not heard this news from the company, not the local news paper, Like I did...

DNR says it is OK? Of course they did. But birds will still die.

Irrelavent to my point.

Which is that the governent has an agenda and it is hypocritical. There are no studies that show an oil reinery kills migratory birds but, they still shut them down for it. However, wind farms do and that is OK.

The simple fact is,all of mankind's activities put nature at risk. Windfarms are just another place it will happen. That said, I have no issues with windfarms per se, and would allow one on my place if asked.
