Looking for Snow Trac Chain Drive sprockets ST34

Does anyone know the difference in chain between HIT-16B-2RB and a 16B Metric Roller Chain (British Standard).

Mike, might you be interested in doing some machine work for me? Machine my existing spline (or new spline if I can find the right spline) to a new metric sprocket times 2.
