Kind of a utility vehicle-1973 Harley Davidson D4

Picked up another project. A 1973 Harley Davidson Model D4 2 stroke golf cart.
For the wife for yard work.
It runs. Need cosmetics mostly.

DAd the main body. Need lots of fiberglass work. Going to paint it Chevy 683 cashmere blue from the 50s.
Started cleaning up the frame

I have a Yamaha, very similar. Sort of a golf cart. Sort of a utility vehicle. Not really off road. Not really heavy duty. It has a small dump bed that looks like it is useful. It is idiot proof and simple in all ways.

The lovely Mrs_Bob loves it.

What matters most is not the capacity, not the utility, but the enjoyment that "she who must be obeyed" gets from it.

Good project. Make it nice & easy. It will pay dividends.

Almost done. The ignition switch fell apart, i bought another, but the diameter is too large and one of the gages is in the way. But essentially done. Going to add some more finishing trim and some pinstripes. And two new black seats coming.
