Ah Bob, that's when you know they're growing up.
Answering for Anita, it's 18 but then again, I used to go into pubs at 16 wearing my school uniform. The only that was ever said was, "Whatya havin?".

Rushing is something I can't do at present, a leisurely crawl or creep about sums it up. And yes 18 is the legal age for drinking in the UK, but I must admit to have been imbibing (big word for a small person) since the age of 15 and the only time I got asked my age was when I was 20 and at college! I don't think there is an age limit for drinking in private, anyway 'they' have to catch you first. Tell Melen she will have to learn Welsh as that is the first language where I live, so she will have to order her drink in Welsh! (I am only joking, but she doesn't need to know that, they all speak English too) and no, I don't know how to order in Welsh. I do not speak the language.
