Guy was clearly an idiot, but a very luck one.

I cannot count how many times I have witness a foolish cyclist try to pull that slip between vehicles, right in front of me.
To be so reckless, is foolish yes. It is his life if he wants to lose it.
However, what pisses me off is his careless disregard for my insurance rates.
