You should send it to me to buy it... I just wired money into Snowcat Ops account... he's having a drink at the bar on me...where I just started a tab... and the other snowcat enthusiasts around him... and they just talked about it and found, between them, 3 other Trackmasters that I just called dibs on! They're using Mikey's new laptop to send photos wirelessly to the forum.

Oh...then I woke up... cat-napping at work isn't healthy!!! It amplifies the snowcat affect!

Those are.. the... twin rear Danas! Yes, she be a 4T rather than a 6-series. So, she's got the power divider nestled just behind the engine with the twin shafts back. Most likely a '62 based on the sprockets but I will confirm...

Those sprockets spanned '61 and '62. But I venture to say '61 given the the running beam back for the hitch. Much of that was custom anyway, but some standards seemed present.

who ever gets that 4t10,,,please register it. it looks like a 61'. maybe its the big brother or little sister to my 61'. the tracks are identical, but ive got the larger twin dana 70 rear end. those are the stock ones,,,i think they are dana 35's.

good find,,,and good purchase. im jealous.

Yup, BobP has first dibs! I know he wants one bad (I suspect he be a super top secret closet Thiokol fan...probably has a small covert ops Thiokol shrine in a closet off the maine Kristi shrine that fills the workshop). I was hoping he was going to get that 601 that was on eBay a few weeks ago so I stopped bidding. If she doesn't meet Bob's needs then I'll absorb her as his discarded scrap. Sniff.

I was weaned on Thiokols. Kristis are a recent thing. Guess what? I hear she's AF blue under that orange dress!

What a high-wire act! Like a mountain top balet! Executed only like a Trackmaster/601 can do... Keep 'em coming!
