EPA and OSHA both OK'd this design, but it was rejected by the Official Historian and White Architect as "lacking in the
dignity that befits the Office". The above prototype was functional but was replaced by the the following, which has
the added benefit of being able to be hermetically sealed:
Sealing it makes entry difficult if not impossible, but the Historian notes that this may in fact be a humanitarian
"bonus" of sorts.
