Family of Squirrels (or something) living in my attic!?!

Cookie is still in the trap.

No visible signs of a squirrel in the 3 season room.

No audible sounds of a squirrel in the attic since yesterday late afternoon.

Caught a squirrel . . . alive & healthy . . . we will eat good tonight :whistling:

OK, we will eat good, but it won't be the squirrel. He is now living in a tree by the creek that runs along the north edge of the property. If he comes back then he and I will go for a drive :hammer: But I'm hoping that the creek and the trees along it will make him a nice new home.

Now I just have to wait to find out if the other one is still hanging around.

You obviously don't have a young son. Otherwise, the squirrel would be dead and would be on a small rotisserie over a fire this evening.

Last even we caught the LAST (?) member of the squirrel family. It was another young one. Being dark and late, it got to live in the trap overnight, which worked out well for him as he got to finish off the OREO cookie bait. I just got back from a walk. Two of us departed, only 1 of us returned. He is now living across the road in the woods next to a small creek. Its very scenic there, he should be happy.

When I brought down the little squirrel in the cage trap Misha was pretty sure that I was brining her a present. Haven't seen that old dogs tail wag so fast in a long time. She was pretty upset when I headed out the door and down the road with her new play toy.
