I just love this.

A judge in Milwaukee, who is on the county circuit court, apparently helped an illegal alien evade arrest and is apparently facing obstruction charges.

Now last time I heard, Border Czar Thomas Homan said if government officials protect illegals and get in the way of law enforcement officers who are lawfully exercising their duties, he will have them arrested. Apparently this judge assumed she was above the law? Or didn't take Mr Homan seriously?

Whatever the case, I am just happy to see that we are cracking down on the "2 tier" justice system that seems very hypocritical about prosecution of conservatives but declaring saintly rights to liberals. And as I am happily a Libertarian, it is wonderful to see that justice is actually being served evenly with both of the major parties getting an equal dose of applied justice.

A Milwaukee County circuit judge has been arrested by the FBI over allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant "evade arrest," FBI Director Kash Patel said in a social media post, which was then deleted.​

Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested on obstruction charges, according to Patel.​

​

"The FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction -- after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week," he said in the since-deleted post. "We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject -- an illegal alien -- to evade arrest."​

Dugan was arrested early Friday at the courthouse, a law enforcement official confirmed to ABC News. The Department of Justice declined to comment further on Patel's now-deleted post on X.​

Flores Ruiz was still arrested a short time later.​

"Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public," Patel said. . . .​

Brady McCarron, spokesman for U.S. Marshals Service in Washington, D.C., confirmed Dugan was arrested at about 8 a.m. at the Milwaukee County Courthouse and is in federal custody.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was charged April 25 with two felonies for her role in helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest after he appeared in her courtroom last week.​

Dugan, 65, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Dries during a brief hearing in a packed courtroom at the federal courthouse. Dugan, who was wearing a black dress with white flowers, made no public comments during the brief hearing.​

As it ended, her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: "Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety."​

The federal criminal charges have not yet been made available.​
