Do you wear your ring

Next best thing you could tell me is you still hold hands in public.
Of course. All the time. Doesn't everyone? We also have never entered or left each other's company without at least a peck of a kiss.

One of the elements in our water heater burned out. I replaced it yesterday. I'm happy to say, it passed the test -- the hot water now lasts long enough for two, again...

If you've made 25, you'll make 40 as long as you live that long. It actually gets better once all the kids are gone, and is better yet when your time gets more flexible.

I started not wearing my ring at work. Then I started leaving it there. So I just put it in the drawer at home so as not to loise it. I am an aircraft mechanic, so there is plenty of opportunity for it to get caught or strike an arc when working on a Nicad battery.

As was I when I learned the dangers of a ring. I wasn't married at the time but learned from the experiences of others.

I did have to hand a guy back his finger after he jumped off a helicopter. The ring snagged. His finger stayed with the helicopter but he hit the ground. If I recall, they were able to sew it back on but doubt it ever worked right again.

Ouch that hurts. The have safety videos that show all of the skin stripped off and just the bones. Thats all I need to see!

I think if I were female, I would wear one if I were not married for that purpose...I had an attractive female in her early 20's working for me last summer & whenever I was workig on a job with her I was amazed at how many men would come on to her...it even got anoying for me to just have to watch. :2gunsfiri

My dad once told me "Jewelry looks good on women and (the n-word)" he's not a very nice person in today's PC world. Lord please forgive him. His real excuse was being a lifelong mechanic and what can happen around electricity.
If you think working ringed around electricty is dangerous, try living unringed around here.
I wear mine often, when she tells me to.
It (ring) used to fall off in the shower, that hasn't happend in a while. Not a pretty picture is it?
When memory serves me, I remember the business where 'we will now exchange symbols of our love for each other', when memory fails me, she reminds me.

What is it with wedding rings anyway? Don't they trust us?

Don,

My only son got married last summer. Don't see him at all much. I am sure it is the bride keeping him home. My oldest daughter left for college last fall. So I am down to one girl and she keeps me on my toes. She is gone this week so it is just my wife and me. Don't know how I will handle the kids all being gone. Struggling this week alone.

Maybe this spring my wife and me will come to Florida for a visit.

I go out to all of these stores to work and I have that problem with the women chasing me:yum::yum: So even at the risk of getting electricuted I wear my ring. :D:D

And I am not as old as my avator says I am. :applause:
