unless you just want it pretty you only need to replace the center belts those are the ones that do all the work. the out side ones are just for floatation. my Thiokol contact told me the ski slopes used to get 3 or 4 inner belt changes to one outer belt change. I believe the belts that came with my 2100 came from fall line the belts were good quality and properly punched. I made a template so I could punch the next set of belts I do for it.

Very nice job on the machine! looks great! are those tundra tracks? does it slide sideways allot in the ice and snow? buddy of mine just bought a 1970 1202-b up here in Idaho and will be helping him restore it (or maintenance it out) is in pretty nice shape!
has a 5 man cab and 6 way blade, aftermarket transfer case, OE ford 6, oc-12 rear end, I am a newbie here and a newbie to thiokol, I own a 1985 tucker 1742 so I am buffing up on the thiokol any advice?
