Alright Who's watching the debate?

At one point he lost his mind, as if he was thinking what the fuck am I, what do I say, what did he say, I want some ice cream.

Hahaha, trump just did he didn't know what Biden just said! Nobody does Donald.

Yes, he's running his words together into the slur.
It's painful to watch. He sounds drugged or tired or both.
Trump is doing ok, so far.

people get 10,000 dollars as first home buyer?
How can they afford houses with the housing prices up 50-75% above the marker price 3 years ago 10,000 is a drop in the bucket.

OMG - WTF was THAT?

Ya know, I thought I’d watch the debate with a bit of glee and satisfaction at watching Trump destroy Biden. But what I actually felt was sadness, embarrassment and then a healthy dose of anger - anger at the people in Biden’s orbit for propping him up and sending him out there. That was mean and dehumanizing. Their lust for power allowed them to humiliate this man (and trust me, I have no love for Biden, be he didn’t deserve THAT).

They are both completely out of touch with reality. Arguing about their golf game .... wtf ... we are doomed.
At least Trump backed it up by saying they aren't children.
The entire thing was surreal 😳
At one point, I thought Joe was about to exit- stage left, but then you could see his body was doing one thing, while his mind was lost in Neverland.
There were several instances where the camera quickly moved off of him.
I think Dana Bash was getting a bit frustrated lol

ATLANTA (AP) — Above all, Joe Biden’s allies wanted him to demonstrate strength and energy on the debate stage to help put to rest questions about the 81-year-old Democrat’s physical and mental acuity.

But on the biggest stage in U.S. politics on Thursday night, Biden did not meet their modest expectations.

And by the end of the 90-minute showdown, the Democratic president’s allies — party strategists and rank-and-file voters alike — descended into all-out panic following a debate performance punctuated by repeated stumbles, uncomfortable pauses, and a quiet speaking style that was often difficult to understand. Publicly and privately, Democrats questioned whether the party could or should replace him as the party’s presidential nominee against the 78-year-old Republican former President Donald Trump this fall.

“I’m not the only one whose heart is breaking right now. There’s a lot of people who watched this tonight and felt terribly for Joe Biden,” former Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill said on MSNBC. “I don’t know if things can be done to fix this.”

I can't decide. Is this a profound gaffe by Democrats in the same vein as recent Republican fumbles (see: Herschel Walker, Lauren Boebert handjob, Katie Britt SOTU response)? Or is it a diabolical maneuver to get a more competent candidate to take Biden's place?
