Ahhh but the teachers unions love this type of spending.
Many of us are old enough that we went through school before there was a Dept of Education. Carter instituted it while I was finishing college. Ever since Education was centralized under the Federal government our test scores in math, science and reading have dropped.

There is nothing in our culture more racist than making one's ethnicity a qualification for hire. Sex and ethnic origin should never be in the equation to hire, promote or fire.
Hopefully, under President Trump, DEI is dead. Or we are doomed.

I totally agree!! Tucker Carlson asked the question years ago about hiring a pilot...would you want one who is hired because of color or sex regardless of experience/training/knowledge, or would you prefer to be in a plane where there is a qualified pilot. Funny how that type of thing isn't obvious to Democrats.
