Hellfire, you guys need to move.

Here in East Texas it got down to about 20° but the wind was blowing from 20 to 30 mph out of the north, driving the wind chill down to about 0°. Now that's cold for East Texas.

It was really strange driving around today. No snow, no ice, dry roads and no traffic. People have hunkered down and aren't leaving their homes. They seem to have equated our cold spell with what you guys are experiencing up north and they're not leaving home. It made driving almost pleasant. :yum:

-5 here this morning , not cold compared to some of Ya'lls weather but its a bit unusall for here being the 4th day in a row of below zero temps . On the good side the suns out & not 40 mph winds like the last 3 days it might enen get out of the teens today :clap:
 
Add a nice, gentle 20-50 mph "breeze" to that -25 to -35 below and I swear North Eastern Wyoming is the most lord forsaken place in the lower 48 I've ever been!!!!!!!!!!!

On those days I am definitely not fit to be around!!!!!

-27 celsius here this morning. Nice weather to head out on an all day adventure. Heading out soon to fire up the br160. Both the br and the lamtrac will be heading out this morning to break open a trail. I'll be ahead in the br packing and cutting down trees with the lamtrac following with the drag. Should be fun. Supposed to warm up to -14.
 
Just came in from a leisurely drive in the Snow Trac, the temps outside are roughly 28 degrees today so its actually rather pleasant. We've gotten 1 to 2 inches of fresh snow today (it was still snowing while I was out exploring). So today its nice, but we are supposed to go back down to SUB-ZERO temps by mid-week so I'll take nice days like this when I can get them!

I actually took a 10+ minute video. I'll try to upload it to YouTube. Honestly it will probably be pretty boring, I shot the video from the drivers seat while driving so I can't image it could be much more than a shaky video, I did get out and walk around the Snow Trac then got back in and drove home.
