WTS- 1967 ST4B #868

Economics are forcing me to sell my snowcat. It is a 1967 trac master, #868. Tracks have some weathering, but are in good shape. It is a good solid machine that has always been barn kept. Just put in all new switches, lights, new muffler. Runs very good. It does need brakes and sometime slips out of reverse, It does not slip in gear!!! thats about it. I am asking less than what I have into it!!! $9,000. Located in upstate New York. I hate to sell it but have no choice. These are old photos, I can't seem to get new ones to download and may be to big. Any interest??????? I can email fresh photos.

I wonder how so many of these Trac Masters ended up with the "Snow Master" logo on them? I have #872 and it is the same way........

I agree!!! I wonder if maybe a batch of initial units were called snowmaster and sent to the us and canada with that name!!! #868 came from a ski place supposedly in quebec. Where did yours come from??? I think it must have been done when shipped over by aktiv. How could they have a name in use in 1967-68 that was not really used until 1973??????? I think it is too much of a coincidence that 2 units 4 digits apart have the same numbers!!!!! Anyone else have snowmaster on a pre-1973 st4b??????????????????

I have seen two others in pictures in the same year with the snow master logo and I think Boggie had one also.....I will see if I can find the photos
