WTB. Tucker bogie wheel for 1544

Tore up a rear bogie wheel last year. Looking for a replacement. Needs to fit a 1982 model 1544. Ice breaker rubber preferred. I would also be interested in a 2nd for a spare. I am in Laramie WY. 307-399-1451. Thanks

Have you tried Snotrans in Idaho?

You might also try getsno equipment in Vermont. They are the east coast Tucker dealer. (This company was formerly Cook's Equipment before Bill Cook sold the business.)

I haven't bought anything from getsno, but I did buy some parts from Cook's. I know as of a while ago they had some used idler wheels in serviceable condition.

Track, Inc in Minnesota is the mid-west Tucker dealer and they may be able to help as well.

Other options that come to mind are Fall line in Nevada if you want to have your rubber replaced with urethane, or of course Tucker.

I have some of the middle one's if you want. They're the first version with the larger hub and less rubber. Should work fine as they're from my 1500-series tracks.

Thanks Blackfoot Tucker. I had some of those vendors in mind but thought I would try the forum first. I froze up a bearing on a backcountry ski trip and didn't notice till the bearing spit out chunks and damaged the metal center of the wheel. We were hauling ass home in the dark after a long day of skiing. Whoops! I had a spare but it is on now.
