wtb 3 hole tire guides

Need some 3 hole tire guides 11 inches over all length. First hole 1.5 inches in from the tire 7/16 inch diameter. Second hole 5.5 inches in from the tire end also 7/16 inch diameter. Third hole in 9.5 inches from tire end and 1/2 inch in diameter. Looking for 10 to 12. Let me know what you have. Machine is a 301 skidozer but tracks are not original and Boogie does not have any that will fit been there done that. Any help will be appreciated.
