It does say that they will make some kind of converter.
I hope the ones they make work better than the one I once owned and the ones I have read about.

There must be many people (who like me) still have many VHS tapes.
Fortunately there must be quite a few old VCRs around.
Coincidentally I was able to hook up my old VCR today. It had to be unhooked when I got new furniture. My brother-in-law had hooked it up originally and I didn't want to bug him to do it again.

Yep, but you can still buy those Chinese VHS to DVD all in one recorders. Many folks prefer to make their own copies instead of sending them out to be converted due to privacy concerns.
