My brothers home is in St Peter's. His niece was in a single car accident last Friday night. She had severe head injuries, and was put in an induced comma Saturday. But the swelling of her brain was just too much and last night she pasted away. At just 16 yerars old....

My daughters are very upset, and cann't believe she has gone. As a parent I just cann't imagine the grief her parents are going through. We've know them for many years, and there is no way that my family and I won't be there for them, at this time. Just so wish it had not turned out this way, especially at this time of year....

Inexperianced drivers are at risk, and maybe some small good will come of it, in that the younger memebers of the family are able to clearly see the risks involved in driving a car. Maybe this will make some difference in their lives....

Sad times are here for our family indeed...

Regards, Kirk

My condolences to the entire family.

I remember when my daughters first got their license and we were so worried turning them loose with all the aggressive driving around Columbus that they had to deal with. To get anywhere you had to use the beltway / interstate where speeds are 65mph. but many are driving 75 to 80mph. Scary for sure.

I feel so sad for the family. I can only imagine how tough it will be to deal with this tragedy. :(

Sorry to here of your loss Kirk , you sure have had more then your share lately. Thoughts and prayers for your strength to continue on and for your entire family.

Oh my God, this is terrible Kirk. I lost a grandson in a single car accident some years ago and I do understand your grief at this time. It will get better, but it isn't easy. You'll need to be the strong one for those who will need you.

Wow you are running through some tough times. Sorry to hear this. Travel safe.

My condolences to the entire family as well. That's far too young to be taken from this world.

You be careful on your travels.

Our condolences on the loss. Sad when they are taken anytime but so young....
We live in St Meter's.
Not exactly time for a beer but since you are in the neighborhood,if you have time, I would gladly shake your hand over some pasta.

franc,

thanks for the kind offer. P.M. Sent....

Thanks to everyone else for you thoughts and prayers. It is appreciated. That beautifull, vivatious little girl will be missed. Of course by her parents and especially by my brother, and his wife. She had spent alot of time with them over the years.

Best regards, Kirk
