Agreed. It could be a nice project cat. I would think running it around on dirt could be harder on exposed moving parts though. Could also be some rust issues if it's spent it's life in the southeast.
 
I think this is more of a 1404WT model, than a 1402 as advertised...

Would make a good project to slap a bigger engine with auto into it... and have a run on it!!!
