Why the change????

Gone But Not Forgotten
Picked up a spare Taco 007IFC circulator to replace one that the flow check is hanging up in. Unbolt the old one, separate the wires and pull it out. Put the gaskets on the new one and damned if they did not change the orientation of the flange 90 degrees. Would not be a big deal but it mounts on a manifold and there is no room to turn it without hitting one of the other pumps. So now I pulled the flow check out of it and have it soaking in vinegar trying to get the hard water buildup off of it. It is the one for the hot air coil and the airhandler draws heat up by convection. The pump on the wood boiler draws enough water to pull the heat through the coil. Alternative is to sweat in a flow check in the line or swap the one for the floor heat with this one.:hammer::hammer:

I know what youmean. We have two minivans from Chrysler, same model just different year, by one year. Why do they move the knobs on the dashboard.

NEW and IMPROVED!

Yeah,, right:yum:
Same knobs doing the same damm things. Just mounted different.:hammer:

I have installed hundreds of these things. I have 7 running right now. I will sweat a flow check in line to end the problem but now i need to find one like i have for a spare. I had a spare but used it for the second greenhouse.:whistling:
