Just in time for Xmas.....I have a few more For Sale..Hit-Miss engines...Need a new hobby?...there on wheels ..and are show ready...$700 each.. ...CT3-31/2 Stover ... 5HP fairbanks both are kinda rare..B,

I look at those every year at our local county fair. We went to a steam & power show this year that had a big exhibit of hit & miss engines. Not sure what the heck I'd ever do with one, and I sure don't have the space for it.

Thats funny...!! Ya i agree they don't do much more than i showed..unless you have some old equipment to belt them too...and you can buy a running motor for less than an attachment...Like i said there just toys...WAY before osha..ever came along...I still have 5-6 in the house..makes a nice coffee table..with the right piece of glass.....B,

How big are they? How much do they weigh?

Doc:: i could look up original specks,...but roughly 3ft in height and 4ft in length... guessing i would say between 400-700 pounds..when you haul 6-8 of them to a show and load on sunday at the show ..then unload when you get home and put away...There to damb heavy..if not for being on wheels they would be useless to me..I have a electric winch in the back of my 14ft box truck.....Byron
