If it is a production based engine, I would try if Fel-Pro makes them. Available from almost every local parts store (Autozone, NAPA, PepBoys, etc), or from online at JEGS, JC Whitney, etc.

Ford Power Products :
1-800-944-1776
ask for Dan

They have anything you need for the 104 v-4 Ford ,but it will not be cheap !
1. A 1971 Pinto/Bobcat 2 liter OHC has many changable engine tune up parts/ fuel pump /distributor cap .
2. Saab also used this motor
3. Ford Capri V-6 (2600cc) = Valves , oil pump, bearings and other interal parts .
4. TRW makes a great alum Crankshaft gear that is 100% better than the orginial bakelite one .

They are Ford industrial 104 C.I. engines and parts can be gotton at just about any parts store like Napa or CarQuest.... Earlier Ford Capri cars used that engine also, early to mid 60's if I recall correctly...

Or, you can buy a sheet of cork/rubber and cut out your own or.

Good luck

BigAl, Who rebuilds these engines around you? I am going to buy a full cab Imp soon. I going to have the C4 rebuilt as well as the engine.

There is a outfit in Sacramento that will rebuild it but plan on spending $4000 at least . What about upgrading to a V-6 out of a early Ford Capri . Great HP .

I really like that 4 cylinder thats in it now! More than enough power! He runs his at 4,000 Rpm for years with NO problems. What are you running yours at?
