When I was young I dediced to go to medical school. At the entrance exam we were asked to rearrange these letters.

and form the name of an important body part which is most useful when erect.

Those who answered SPINE are doctors today while the rest of us are on Facebook.
 
I think I'll stay away from doctors.

I'll betcha they don't know what a cockus erectus is.
