How much would you offer for a $2.00 bill????? Here is one on eBay for a cool million....... I offered $2.00, which is more like $22.00 when you calculate in the shipping. I think that everyone here should make an offer, because I don't think that this guy is serious about selling it. If he were, he would have accepted my generous offer...... :yum:
