What's in your cordless drill case?

Other than the obvious, I like to make mine a mini tool kit that I can just grab to take care of a wide variety of home repairs. A few years back, I bought a Makita 18v contractor's set. I needed a case for just the hammer drill, so I bought one on eBay ($15) that was oversized (intended to carry the impact driver, too). Cut out some of the factory blow molding, add a Plano tackle accessory box and presto! Instant convenient toolbox:

Very nice and great idea, but you know what they say....the only tool you need is the one you don't have.

My drill came in a nice Black canvas bag. It's now my range bag. The drills just sit out on the work bench where I can get them quick.

You actually keep a drill in the case? Mine got turned into a pop rivet tool kit with several riveters and a variety of bags of rivets. The drills and skilsaws all have there own shelf in my building. Then there is the chainsaw cases that are stacked up on the one shelf. I use one to hold spare chains and files and oil.
