I picked this up today. It was in an auction and I won. I probably paid to much fo rit. :bonk:

But I like it. Hoping to find out more on it but cannot find it anywhere online.

Any of you see anything like this before, or have an idea on value?

Neat. One unique feature on this one is that each pawn is different. I've never seen another chess set like that. Are your pawns unique that same way?
 
This is one my wife found. the board is similar but the chess pieces appear more conventional and are made of soap stone.

Very Nice ...and like you said very similar. Will keep you posted as I find out more about these.

How and where did you get yours? My winning bid was $200, which seems in the general ballpark for value.
 
It was my grandparents. I remember seeing and playing with it at least 50 years ago.
 
Solid wood base, some patina on the real brass,,, I would suggest it is antique.

It certainty looks it.

And,,,
It looks good in that room.
