What about a man 40+ ?

Ok girls, we had our fun. Now it's time to stroke the men's ego's.
I would choose a man over 40 any day!!! They are like fine wine....better with age. They have more years of learning what it takes to please a woman. Being a woman I like conversation too, and I’m more likely have a stimulating conversation with an older man than younger. I like the fact
that they know what they want.....and what they are doing!

HI NRAfemale and welcome to FF. :thumb:

Thanks for the kind words. I'm for sure in the over 40 group and not complaining. It's a wonder we can put up with ourselves when we are 20 and know everything there is to know. :yum: :yum:

Being happily married and not complaining either, I am close to the big 50. I like the way NRA Female thinks.

I dated a man 10 years younger a little over a year ago.
It was ok, but I have to agree.. men my own age rock.
They've seen it all, done it all and know what they want.
Better yet.. they know what I want....:thumb:

I would never want to be a young man in the dating world again . Last time damn near killed me ! All those women ,so little time !!!:coolshade

I'm 54 now ,happily married and happy with life .I like and do enjoy the finer things in life :thumb: .

It takes awhile for a man or woman to become comfortable with their age, bodies and not play the damn dating games anymore . It does not mean we can't get the "job" done when needed or wanted . Its just a much more intense enjoyable time when it comes that is equally enjoyed by both partners .

I'll take good conversation and a life sharing partner over a "quickee" anyday of the week . WE have all seen the those airheads , both men and women who only think of themselves .

At 50 plus ,I am having about as much fun as a man can with his clothes on !
 :coolshade  :sun1: :dancing: :showerSex

I would have to agree. The young ones need way too much training. You can enjoy the older ones right away.

As a man who is still ten years shy of hitting the criteria... I will say you are dead on.... for the most part... there always has to be an exception to the rule:thumb: My wife STILL does not believe how bad a partner I was for the women I slept with before her. As you have all said... all I cared about was myself and on the times that WASN'T true I had no idea what to do with her. There is no substitute for experience and maturity. Most of my friends are in 40 or close to bracket and I am probably close to meeting the required expectations... not that I have anything to prove to anybody:boobies: and where are all the pics? I'll even be brave and get one...

This was from last October while roughwoods and I were resurrecting the ST4 'I' broke in March of 2007.

If you guys were standing next to a "chip&Dale stripper" I would take you first. I know I would feel better in the morning!

Heck, I don't have long to go before I can no longer claim "mid 40's". I'd post a picture, but the other guys are a hard act to follow. I can only claim that I do wear the same size clothes (and some actual clothes) I wore in late HS and college now.

I do notice that most everything hurts in the morning the day after a particularly hard day in the gym. I don't recall that kind of hurtin' back in the younger days. I'm afraid that by the time I get to be Bob's age, I'll need a walker. :poke:

FYI, I think Bob is 2 years older than me...we went to the same college.

Well, I guess I was half right and half wrong. In my dealings with you Brent I took you to be 40 to mid 40ish and in decent shape

... Bob on the other had I was guessing 50 or better with his demeanor commonly thought of as grumpy(more :poke:) even with a 13 y/o.... I just figured it took him a LONG time to find someone to put up with him....:yum::yum: and I figure him to be more rotund as well.:alc: It's always amazing to see how people's perceptions compare to reality.

Ditto this. we talked about dating last nite at work, seems I work with all single people over 35. Most would agree with you also. I dont know what I would do with my Holly. I do know that I would most likely stay in the 40 and over crowd.

I love that his hair is greying, and I think it's cute he has to find his glasses to read. The best part is he is better once than he ever once was!

Here is a picture of me and my partner at work. My son took the picture from his perspective (he's 6 years old).

That's me on the left. My partner shaves his head and I am nearly bald myself. I keep telling my wife that I want to shave my head at least once, just to see what it looks like. There are several guys at work with shaved (or nearly shaved) heads. It's not as if I have so much hair to shave anyway, but she doesn't want me to. She says I have too many scars on top of my head and that everyone will see them. I think that it is macho.

A "Macho bad boy" look with a shaved head and scars...then you can get a bike and join Rocker with his macho bad boy look on the bike...:poke:
Tell her don't knock it until she tries it :thumb:

Since others have posted here, I decided to work up the nerve to do it. Here ya go, one from the Vatican, one from Venice. Yup, that's me in the red circles. :yum:
