Well it must be getting close to being spring!

The bear is out looking for food. Dogs have a different bark when they are around. He must smell the composter bin in the garden and was walking the fence looking for a way in. I am pretty sure it is the one we tagged 2 years ago. He hauled ass when I put the spotlight on him.

The Bears in Yellowstone Park have been seen in the last week, winter must be over !

yesterday we burned pasture.
at 4:30 AM the wind shifted and kicked into gear. Power was out until just before 7AM
this morning the power went again at 10:30 and came back a bit after 2:30. (tree branches and wind)
It hit 92 at 3 this afternoon with clear skies and 30-36 mph winds -- by 6 it was 80 and storming with up to half dollar sized hail, which made me real happy i had the card under cover. Still storming, but no more hail. The youngest and oldest dogs are hiding from the storm.

Saw one get tagged on the highway a few miles from my home. They're up and foraging now for sure.
