It is buffering the video while downloading. The player is going faster than your internet connection can download it or the site hosting it is slow.

Yup , When it does that for me I just pause it and give it a few minutes to load then it will play normal. Works for me anyway. :smile:
 
In my case, it's because I have to update my media player. Even when it's current, I still need to reload it now and then. :(
