Wanted: source for Maytag stove & Hunter fan parts

I need a little plastic clip for the stove but the online stores seem a bit pricy.

The remote control for the light on the ceiling fan quit. I think it's the receiver in the fan casing.

Try http://www.appliancepartspros.com . They seem to have the cheapest on-line prices. I've bought quite a few parts from them. But, all appliance parts are crazy expensive.

Thanks Fred! That place seems to have the best prices I've found so far.

I found a couple places that have the part for $6-7 + shipping (another $5+) but it's pissing me off that it's so darn expensive for a little plastic piece.

Even on the site you provided (which is the cheapest so far), a single screw is $6.10. Is it me or will drywall screws work for everything when you see those sort of prices?

Doesn't it make you sick how much this pidly stuff goes for? I needed an itsy bitsy piece of plastic in the form of a reset button for the stove. Could not have weighed more than a third of a gram. It was almost 30 bucks! I bought the entire timer assy for the dishwasher for only a few bucks more.
But the alternative is many hundreds for a new appliance.

They're like everyone else now. Sell the initial product cheap, then get (milk) your profits off replacement parts and repairs.
