Wanted..Snow Trac...Dead or Alive!

Hello everyone, this Forum site is really great and I am hoping I came to the right place. I am a Canadian who is now living in the beautiful country of Norway. And I am looking for one of those awesome Swedish machines, the Snow Trac. I have met some great people here who enjoy their own very much and the more I talk to them the more I want one. At this point I would be happy with either series, the ST4 or the ST4B. It does not have to run the greatest or for that matter even at all, I would enjoy also the restoration of one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I know there are a bunch of them in Norway. We have a few Norwegian members and there is a Norwegian website for Snow Tracs.

Good luck in your quest, this is the hardest time of the year to try to buy a Snow Trac because people are using them!

Hey KRC, yes I would be very interested if I was still living back in Canada but thankyou anyways. I have many sled head friends back in Alberta Canada and I will be sure to mention it to them.

at first I thought it was a military model than I realized that the alternator was a cheep fix for a bad generator. I would ditch that jerry rigging and just install a bosch replacement alternator where the generator is. also the back portion of the cab appears to be some kind of home brew fab job it looks like a great start to a project picturs shoe it starting and running.
