just got off of the phone with california j bugs at www.jbugs.com just ordered a bosch alternator kit the guy that answered the phone was knowalageable and ansewered my questions with out refering me to tech support wich means he knows his products and good news to us in ak he ships us-mail so even though he may be priced a little higher when you include freight its a wash or slightly less expensive

cip is where i got my muffler great guys to work with but they only ship fedex or ups and my 130.00 muffler cost me over 200.00 by the time it got to nome usps is the only way to ship to the bush also most time priorty mail will beat fed ex or ups

the girl I run around with has an old vw van (aka the hippie van) She absolutely loves the thing, her husband hates it. It gets harder and harder for her mechanic to find the right parts when it goes into the shop.
Its a riot when we are ourt running around to see how many stares we get when we get out of the thing

hey do that is where i got mine they only have the german built mufflers torthe vans and that is the one you want some of my engine bay pics should have som pics if you cant find them pm me and iwill get you some
