Well this adventure was two years ago but i am just getting used to posting pictures so I thought i would share this one as well. For those who have been reading here are the google earth coordinates for my cabin. they have updated the photo so you can see my green roof and the encroaching roads. the land to the east of the cabin is all state land.

though with the new house i get to park about 300 feet further up the road than this map shows.
In any case we used the trailer for my snowmobile (same one in campout) and just laid the sides flat. We prebuilt the outhouse in my friends shop and stacked the walls and everyone on top of the trailer. it was very tippy but since it was close to the ground the walls just hit the snow and it never tipped over.
1. all loaded up and ready to head up
2. made it without any problems
3. its an open composting design so we had to dig out the snow and put in the base. not a lot of snow that year (2009-2010 only 26 inches after settling, i am not sure what the total snow fall was but we had a lot of warm ups)
4. floor is all set
5. one wall is up
6. sun is going down but i am finishing up the roof,took about a half day from when we had it all loaded up till we finished.
